Positioning phase: R provided completive pricing information about similar boats. Based upon the time frame that I wanted the boat to sell in, we determined a price point to initially position the boat. His analysis and thoughts on market trends were spot on and highly useful

Marketing phase: R took complete photographs and drone overheads to completely describe the boat. They were all professionally done. All of the pic?s and video were posted on websites and created lots of interest.

Negotiating phase: Due to picking the proper price point, I had multiple offers on the boat. This is the best position possible for the seller as R skillfully negotiating & built value to my advantage. The result was a quick close and a higher price.

Overall one could not find a better, more trustworthy broker to work with. Boat brokers sometimes earn bad reputations, this is so not true here.
